A Delta S Labs brand · est. in the AI era

We don't build for everyone. We build for someone.

Most software is a fast-food chain — one menu, a billion mouths, nobody remembered by name. We're the cocktail bar next door. Small apps, made for a few hundred people at a time, tuned to them, changed on their word.

  • 1 app live  ·  more brewing
  • Capped membership, on purpose
  • You set the roadmap
01

A cocktail bar,
not a chain.

A McDonald's serves millions and knows none of them. That's fine — for McDonald's. But it means every dish is designed for the average person, who doesn't actually exist.

We do the opposite. Each app we launch is a small, deliberate room. We work closely with the people inside it. They ask for things. They give feedback, raise feature requests — and we actually ship them. When the room fills, we don't cram in more tables. We open another bar.

The AI era is what makes this finally possible: for the first time, you can genuinely serve a specialized request for a power user at software scale. So we do.

The chain
  • Built for a billion strangers
  • One menu, take it or leave it
  • Feedback disappears into a void
  • You are a row in a table
The bar
  • Built for a few hundred regulars
  • Tuned to how you actually live
  • Your request becomes next week's build
  • The bartender knows your order

Meet Baloo

The first bar we opened. An AI concierge for the everyday hunger — food, groceries, a table for two — named for the bear who taught the jungle to look for the bare necessities.

Baloo Plans screen — a calorie ring and recurring auto-order schedules
Chatting with Baloo — an evening check-in and a suggested light, high-protein dinner

You talk to Baloo like a person who has your back. “Order dinner — something light, I had a heavy lunch.” It knows your diet, your budget, your weekly calorie cap, and it just… handles it.

  • Orders food Reads the room and picks something that fits your day — placed and paid, over Swiggy.
  • Restocks the kitchen Groceries topped up on Instamart before you notice you're out.
  • Books the table “Book us a table for Saturday too” — held, confirmed, done.
  • Runs your week Recurring plans — weekday lunches, Tue/Thu dinners, a Sunday restock — on a schedule you can flip on and off.

We put a cap
on the guest list.

Growth, for us, isn't a bigger crowd — it's a better one. Each app opens to a small number of members and grows slowly, in deliberate steps. When we reach the cap, the doors don't burst open. A seat frees up only when someone leaves.

If the room is full, you join the queue — and take a seat the moment one opens. Fewer people, served properly, beats everyone served the same.

04

Next: your agent,
talking to theirs.

Every Baloo member has an agent that knows their tastes, their diet, their part of town. Soon those agents will talk to each other.

Add a couple of friends to your Circle and say: “find us somewhere for dinner.” Your agents compare notes — everyone's preferences, dietary lines, locations — and land on the one place that actually works for all of you. No group chat, no seventeen “idk, you pick.”

It runs on ChakraMCP — our own network that lets AI agents talk to one another. Baloo is the first app to plug in; it won't be the last.

Rolling out to members — the Circle tab is already in the app.
